This beautiful beach house sits right by the sea with direct access to the enormous sandy beach and dunes. A great space to spread and out and relax with family and friends, it is stylishly furnished and decorated, and well equipped with everything you need! It is our family holiday house, so is comfortable and welcoming - a perfect spot for anyone who wants to getaway in a really special home from home! We can often be flexible on check-in and out times to make the most of your time by the sea!

Dungeness Eco Beach Retreat with Sea Views

The house is located just 300m from the beach and has great views of the Kent coast. Dungeness is a vast expanse of shingle that juts out into the English Channel. This dramatic coastal setting has the quality of wilderness and isolation. Dungeness is home to only 40 homes, two lighthouses with the Pilot restaurant nearby. Recently renovated with stunning views across the English channel (you can see France on a clear day) and direct access on to the expansive shingle beach, or wait for the tide to go out to walk onto sand. Discover the old fishing huts, railway carriages and lighthouse. To the rear of the house is Dungeness nature reserve. The miniature RHDR railway passes along the rear of the property. Walking distance to the famous Pilot pub and Fish Shack.

The Bath House is a truly unique property set in a renovated Turkish Baths. Built in 1868 the property was completely renovated in 2013 and now boasts 3 luxurious bedrooms, a massive 60ft by 40ft living room (complete with fully working bowling alley), a huge dining table for 14 guests and a secret cinema room.

A High Street full of independent shops, restaurants, inns, art galleries, Kino cinema, Rye Spa Retreat, tea rooms are round the cobbly corner.

Welcome to our idyllic sea-side cottage in Rye Harbour, just down the road from a cosy pub, a village store, and a nature reserve. The nature reserve is ideal for walks and birdwatching, and is home to the Discovery Centre where you can grab a coffee and learn about the area. There are lots of pubs, cafes, restaurants & a winery in Rye town, 5 minutes away by car. The house is also conveniently located for day trips to Winchelsea and Camber Sands.

Skywood Barn is a tranquil and peaceful contemporary home, featuring a double height window in the main open plan space overlooking a pretty pond. The barn is secluded and views from the rest of the house are of fields and woodland surrounding the property. The deck down by the pond is the perfect spot to soak up the sun or take a cool dip. Gather around the fire pit at night to keep warm whilst having drinks or toasting marshmallows.

The Yard Rye

The Yard is a two-bed interior-designed cottage in the citadel of the beautiful Cinque Port town of Rye. It is situated down a cobbled passageway next to a pretty tea room. PLEASE NOTE – The property can sleep up to two adults in the master bedroom and one child in the single, with a pull-out camp bed if needed for an extra child. We also have a travel cot for an infant. Please be aware we have a steep staircase.
