Here's a chance to try out a great, fully furnished tiny home 1 hour from the beach. Heat & ac, grill, campfire pit, outdoor seating, inside a privacy fence in a quiet country setting. There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Sorry but NOT suitable for children or elderly because of steep staircase. Small hot water heater, may have to wait between showers No Guests in Pool! NO KIDS!

There are two properties on this location. Both are rented separately. The Farmhouse & Guest house has beautiful views of crop lands & farm animals of Cedar Vines. The guest house has a private & lovely setting. Sit under the grapevine that drapes over a patio pergola & sip your favorite refreshment. The guest house is directly behind the main farm house. It has separate parking & entry to its entrance. Guest house allows service pets only. Enjoy the quiet lifestyle of country living.
