There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. Sunshine Cottage is close to Downtown (about 2.2 miles) with lots of family-friendly activities. The Animas River / Oxbow Nature Preserve across the street, nightlife, public transport, the airport. This is a completely private cottage with a full kitchen, three bedrooms, (one main level, two downstairs) queen bed in Master, one king and two twins downstairs, and a queen pull out sofa in living room. The living room has direct TV. TheTV in Master bedroom is for streaming only.
