Great place to stay in the area while on your trip to the southwest or Mesa Verde National Park. A pleasant place for guests who want to unplug, relax, and enjoy a rustic outdoor wilderness experience. Great trails for hiking, bird watching, cross country skiing and snow shoeing! Note: If a big winter you will need a 4x4 or all wheel drive vehicle to access the neighborhood.

This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are two miles from town, 5 from downtown and 29 miles from Purgatory. It’s the perfect southwest adventure hub!
