One tent on 13 private acres, ten minutes north of Durango. It's the only one out here, so the whole place is yours. You ride in on the side-by-side, so nothing to haul. We're in a valley, so you'll hear a car now and then, but the acres and our stretch of river are yours. Fair warning, we're off-grid. The AC runs, but you're in a tent, so it takes the heat down without feeling like your living room. Power's solar with a propane generator for backup, and it makes noise when it kicks on.
