Deze charmante gîte is gelegen te midden van wijngaarden met prachtige vergezichten. Ze werd volledig vernieuwd in het jaar 2023 en voorzien van alle luxe en comfort zodat ze uw vakantie onvergetelijk maakt. Wie houdt van genieten, stilte en mooie natuur is hier aan het juiste adres. Het gebouw is opgedeeld in 2 woonsten gescheiden door een haag met genoeg privacy en ruimte. Ik en mijn vriendin wonen in het andere gebouw maar zijn vaak afwezig wegens werk en tonen alle respect voor u privacy

De nombreuses activités possibles : canoë, balades en Gabares sur la Dordogne, châteaux, villages, grottes, musées, restaurants, brocantes...etc

This privileged spot, just 5km from the historic town of Duras with its medieval chateau, is ideal for exploring the area, but also for enjoying nature and walking through the nearby shady woods. Dogs love it here! The cottage offers its own private, enclosed garden, 2 terraces, parking and small swimming pool with sun deck.

Cicadas and birds sing to the setting sun, and there's not a human soul for miles. Fields and vineyards lead to the winding streets of medieval Issigeac, a boulangerie, a café and the perfect afternoon.

Maison au cœur des vignes , 2,5 km du village de Saint-Emilion. Environnement calme. Trois chambres dont deux modulables (2 x 90 ou 1 x 180). Un couple avec quatre enfants ou trois couples maximum peuvent être logés . Lits faits et serviettes de bain. Salle de bain et toilettes séparées. Cuisine indépendante et entièrement équipée. Aire de pétanque et molkki , table et chaises de jardin . bbq . Le gîte ( 110m2) est une ancienne maison de vigneron entièrement rénovée en 2018.

Idéalement située, en plus des paysages viticoles vous pourrez vous rendre facilement à Bordeaux, sur le bassin d’arcachon ou en Dordogne. A très vite !
