Designer Flat on Plaza with Tapas Bars

Our flat has a vibrant, artistic vibe and is located in small building, designed by the famous Sevilla architect Anibel Gonzalez. The building has been renovated to provide modern conveniences like a lift, air conditioning & heating and Wi-Fi. It is one of four apartments in this emblematic building. We love that it is part of the city's rich history! We especially admire its balcony and views onto the plaza, high ceilings, arched windows and beautiful facade. We also like how it is quiet but in a lively neighborhood. A simple three story building with a elevator. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs that we believe has the best breakfast in town. They have great Italian coffee and they make their own breads and cakes. Fabulous extra virgin olive oil too! For afternoon relaxing have some wine and cheese at the low key authentic bar next door. Pepe and I think of each guest as if you were family. We believe that the point of Airbnb is to feel connected to the people of the place you are exploring and to have extra assistance in getting to know the place you are visiting. However, we also respect that each guest is different and some prefer privacy while others may like a bit of company. The apartment is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. Find tapas galore in the nearby square or join the local folk at the Vizcaino Bar for vermouth and mussels. Main tourist sights are a short and enjoyable walk away. We recommend walking or renting a bike but there are buses (C5) and taxis close to the house. We are always happy to call you a taxi at anytime of the day. We also recommend that guests download MyTaxi, Cabify or the Uber App while in Seville. There is a flea market that has taken place every Thursday since the 13th century right at the foot of our apartment. Pretty cool to see. The family that owned the building prior to its renovation were known for the books their sold on Thursdays. We feel like it's Christmas when we wake up in the apartment and see everyone set up outside. The flat is in the historic center of Seville, with several markets within a minute's walk. La Concha Bay Suite has 110 square meters, and it is composed of a double room, bathroom and a big living room with terrace (there's no kitchen, but all the necessary utilities to heat cooked meals and have breakfast: you'll find a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a boiler in the living room). The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian! Facing the Ocean, the apartment is located in the very center of the city, and 7-10 minutes away from Old City where you can find the best pintxos bars and restaurants, shopping area and market. 10-15 minutes away from both the train and bus station. If you have a car to park, you can go to La Concha Parking, just down the street, the price is about 25€/day.

Take the stairs to the third floor, where you will find a private giant master bedroom loft, complete with king size bed and 2 skylights for gazing at the starry sky. Lots of room for your cars! Upon arrival, rest assured that there will always be room for up to 3 cars in the driveway (along with free street parking). Brand new kitchen is fully stocked and includes a washer/dryer for your use. Large bathroom with bathtub. Dining room with table for 6. Living room with large Smart TV with cable and sofa bed with queen size pull out. Stairs lead to the private (with door) master bedroom loft. Comfy king size bed, 2 skylights and lots of books The house is on a friendly street in the town of Picton, Prince Edward County. It was purchased on a whim by a couple who fell in love with the area. Walk downtown to fine restaurants and shops. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 15-minute drive away. Because the house is on the top 2 floors - it is important that you and your guests (including children) are OK with stairs. We do not have baby gates. Home access is keyless via smart lock.

Best coffee in town can be found at Lamplighter (5 blocks) and the best drinks are at Heritgage (2 blocks). About a 15 minute walked to The VMFA, Carytown shopping and The Museum District. The Fan District is a superb location with tree-lined streets and historic homes. Head to the unique boutique shops, try some local cuisine in an independently-owned restaurant, and have fun exploring the Museum District. Walking or biking are your best bet. Everything is close and there's a bikeshare just down the street. Easy to use and lots of places to return.
