The Studio, Durham City.

The Studio is in the perfect location for visiting the beautiful city of Durham. Located just a few minutes walk from the railway station, the bus station and the restaurants, shops and bars of the city centre. You will have your own entrances front and rear. Inside you'll find a comfy king size bed, en-suite shower and toilet and a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities; toaster; toasted sandwich maker and a portable dual plug-in hob. Lake View at Cabanas do Lago

Take a moment, come to a quiet place, let yourself wonder. Concealed in the majestic scenery of “Cabanas do Lago” making an honest claim to be a walk away from the pure waters of Santa Clara Dam where if one so chooses can lose themselves in the beauty of this place. Here nature dances with the senses. The sights and sounds that surround this lovely setting will be etched to your memory. To wake up here, can be an amazing experience. Where the soft light of the morning gently wakes you up.

IMPORTANT: roadworks elsewhere can occasionally cause additional traffic to pass the flat during peak times until September, but it is lovely and quiet here during the night. Cathedral, castle or Oriental museum? Durham’s world heritage sites are just a short drive or bus ride away. Kitchenette, washer/drier, fast wi-fi, Netflix etc, car parking. Close to walks through woodland (5 minutes away), a trip into Durham (4 miles) or Newcastle (20 miles). Pets welcome. Supermarket 5 mins walk away.

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. This garden apartment is tucked into a hillside above a creek, along the Jewel Vinsota Sculpture Trail. Your host/gallery curators live upstairs. The “Artist’s Guesthouse” is next door. The private entrance is down a stone-stepped path. Perfect for 2 w/ the queen bed but room for 3 w/ the living room futon. Fully equipped kitchen. Private charcoal grill and fire pit next to the creek.

Bus routes & Uber connect our pretty village to the centre of Durham. A good location for walking & cycling with 3 great pubs within walking distance serving good food. Non-smoking, no pets.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. View The Annapolis Valley in the 40ft. sunroom or enjoy the changing tides of the Minas Basin. Relax in the 2 person jet tub after a hike to Cape Split or near by beaches Snuggle in front of the fireplace for a romantic evening. A seasonal restaurant and Look Off Park is located just a short walk away or if you prefer to cook we have a few small cooking appliances. Microwave, Hotplate oven, BBQ everything you need.

Shoreview Studio Lounge

This historic Victorian residence, is today host to this seaside studio lounge. Once inside, you’ll fall captive to the seascape off Independence Park. The Atlantic panorama provides an awe-inspired sunrise daily. From its elevated perch, the studio has a contemporary feel with its private observation deck to its sophisticated lighting and wet bar design. Comforts include heated floors, air conditioning and powered room-darkening blinds.

The Rafters

The Rafters is a finished studio space above our late 1800s barn. It has beautiful light and feels like a getaway as soon as you open the door. With the proximity to Portsmouth, NH and local attractions in Maine, you can escape to the Rafters, but with the ease of being so close to everything. Our neighborhood is beautiful and you can walk down to many spots that overlook the Piscataqua River. Or Uber home from a fun night in Portsmouth!

Dunelm Studio, Durham City

Comfortable studio apartment for two. In great location a pleasant 10 minute walk, via the riverside from the historic city centre, with its many attractions and numerous options for shopping and entertainment. Could accommodate baby if necessary and I will provide travel cot and high chair if required at no extra cost. However, guests must provide own bedding and other requirements for baby feeding etc.

Viridian House

This space offers a romantic getaway for couples looking to enjoy the scenic Hudson Valley. If you are traveling solo, this cozy space is a private oasis for relaxation and leisure. Centered in the heart of Marlboro wine country, this space is right in the middle of several local wineries, breweries, farms, restaurants, and is just a short drive to the Shawangunk Mountains.
