Upstairs bathroom has a large tub perfect for relaxation as well as a walk-in shower. This well-equipped home is in a fantastic neighborhood with parks & grocery shopping nearby & only a few minute drive from the airport. Home also has a large fenced in backyard (perfect for dogs) with a deck & patio furniture. There is a basement, but it is a concrete unfinished basement.

Weather permitting, there is a deck with small table and chairs to enjoy. For our cold winter nights an electrical cord and outlet is available.

The sunrises along with views of the Huron Mountains, sandstone cliffs of Louis Point are a site to see, from the comforts of the home. Snowmobile trail is very close just 9/10's of a mile away.
