**Note: Access road from Junction to the Eagle Mt. Ski resort is closed for the winter. This Groovy Pad takes you back to the 1970s. Enjoy the tranquility of small town or the adventures of exploring Southern Utah’s color country and parks, or use it as a home base, a place to rest for the next adventure. Fish Otter creek, explore Bryce Canyon, Big Rock Candy Mountain, ATV trails or the Mystic Hot springs; or take long drives down Highway 12 into the Grand Staircase to Boulder, and Capitol Reef.

Circle Tree Hideout

We transformed our home into two separate units, with individual entrances. The Guest Suite has a an Old West feeling while surrounded by mountains and enough amenities to cook a small Thanksgiving Dinner. Some amenities need to be requested prior to arrival. Equipped with refrigerators, coffee makers, and a microwave. Located on Highway 89, Circleville's main street. Butch Cassidy childhood home is near by, our only claim to fame here. By the way, Butch Cassidy never slept here but you can.

Monroe Home on Paiute trail by Mystic Hot Springs

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This amazing home was originally built in the 1945 and has been lovingly maintained, and recently fully renovated and upgraded to today's lifestyle amenities. We have room to park (free) multiple vehicles/ATVs. We offer free WiFi, washer/dryer, TV, card and board games. In the kitchen there is a microwave, fridge, keurig style coffee maker, toaster, blender, ninja flip toaster oven/air fryer, and waffle iron.
