The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

A self-contained studio situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Felpham. Breakfast items are included, this space has a kitchenette equipped for simple meals (microwave and small fridge). Private entrance and off road parking. Situated 15 minutes walk from the coast and 10 minutes from local amenities. On the corner of beach road this charming annex designed in mind of my guests, it has an eclectic mix of taste from shabby chic to bohemian. Private parking, just 2/3 minutes walk to the beach . I aim to make you feel welcomed and cosy staying in my imperfectly perfect place to rest your head and feel yummy in this little haven. Hopefully I have thought of almost everything to keep you cosy, warm, entertained and relaxed for the less sunny beach days and super comfy in the sunnier ones.

Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. Own entrance, parking on driveway in front of front doors. A king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a small private decked area. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Comfortable lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and shower room. Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

Holiday chalet in Selsey

Enjoy some time away in this stylish chalet on the popular Selsey country club site. The site itself offers, A heated swimming and splash pool (open end of may to September) children's play area, tennis courts, 5-aside football pitch, TV and gaming room and a shop for all you essentials. The Cabana club (may to september) offers a well stocked bar, pool table and darts as well as family entertainment including Bingo, quiz nights and live entertainment.

Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.

With attractions, such as Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs close by as well as the beach, this is a superb location - 4 minute drive to East Wittering village and 7 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.
