Set in a peaceful elevated part of town with stunning mountain and river views, minutes from the rail trail and a 25 minute walk into town. Must be comfortable with dogs as we have two very friendly retro-doodles who will want to meet and greet you upon arrival and then go back to their day jobs - lounging in the sun!

Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motorsport Park, and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Caledonia is a Modern Air B and B, built in 2022. It is a stylish self contained one bedroom cabin. It is located on a private two Acre property sourrounded by Orchards and our private garden. Located in the heart of Earnscleugh where the wineries produced some of the Central Otago best known Pinot Noir! Numerous bike trails and walking tracks are located from Earnscleugh, including four great rides - in close proximity. There is something suitable for any level of fitness!
