Before a new arrival we disinfect all surfaces with a certified disinfectant, and steam cleaner. We are very close to the hospitals Ygeia, Mitera, IASO, IVF Embryogenesis, ecc. As we live on the 1st floor of the building, we are easily in contact to help with everything you need. We are available any time to answer your questions and we can provide you with great choices that would make your stay as comfortable as possible. Guests have access to all the parts of the space, such as the living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and of course to the garden. Hosts Profile: We, Akrivi and Dionisis, live on the first floor of the same house. We own 2 jewelry galleries and a work shop in the center of Chalandri and in the island of Paros. We have two daughters which are 25 and 18 years old. We are Eco Friendly, cat lovers and garden lovers ( three cats live in the garden).We love hosting and we find it a very interesting experience! Chalandri is a green, safe, and trendy area in the north of Athens, full of shops, restaurants, and coffee bars. The apartment is on a quiet side road, but is close to the center of Chalandri and only 12 minutes by metro or bus from the city center. A 24h/day mini market is just a few steps away. Most of the biggest private hospitals , such as HYGEIA,MITERA,IATROPOLIS,EMBRYOGENESSIS,IATRIKO KENTRO, are in less than 2 km.far from the apartment. The appartment is located at Kolonaki, an elegant and completely safe neighbourhood of central Athens. Transportation is very easy and quick from Panepistimio metro station which is only 5min walk. In the neighbourhood there are plenty of restaurants, cafe, bars and all kinds of shopping stores. The apartement is on the first floor of an old but well preserved building that includes other residencies and offices. It was recenlty renovated and furnished to fulfill the needs of my guests.
