Found on wildlife drive, Seatons is my haven of peace and rejuvenation in the township of Tathra on the beautiful Sapphire Coast. I spend months here on end, reading in front of the fire, walking in the wildlife reserve, drinking coffee, swimming, sleeping, dreaming - and like me and every guest who has ever stayed, you'll never want to leave.

Enjoy a relaxing break in this peaceful and centrally located home. This cosy two bedroom home backs onto a parkside reserve where you can take long walks and view the local wildlife. Take a short walk to Lake Reeve, Lake Victoria or the 90 Mile Surf Beach. There is ample parking with an undercover carport and a long flat driveway where you can park a caravan or your boat after you have enjoyed a day on the lake. Small dogs are welcome as there is a small enclosed back yard.

Wild Views

Ideal for two families or one large family, Wild Views is a magical place that leaves you refreshed and recharged, and like us you will find it very hard to leave. The ocean, forest, and garden views are expansive and delightful. Start the day by watching the sunrise over Tathra Bay or watch the forest and garden light up from your bedroom. It is a surprisingly easy walk to the beach and cafes. And for a walk or ride in the forest, simply open the back gate and off you go.

Resort Style Apartment (Ground Floor)- Pool & Pets

The apartment opens directly onto a large swimming pool (exclusive to apartment guests) with ocean and rural views. Located only 2 Klms from the town centre and beach with panoramic views of Bass Straight. It is positioned directly underneath a large three bedroom house (owners residence with spare rooms that can also be booked) with extensive garden and lawn area for kids to play. The area is very tranquil and is a haven for many different native birds. Pets welcome.

With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large lounge, 12 seater dining, sitting room, billiard room, kids games room and a huge balcony overlooking Pelican Bay there's plenty of space for everyone. Boat ramp, Pelican Bay & Lakes National Park are only meters away and 90 Mile Beach is just 2kms away offering a lakes, beach & national park getaway all in one place.

Coola cottage located in a koala corridor

You will be delighted with this spacious and comfortable cottage. Look for the resident koala in the big gum tree at the front gate and search further amongst the tree tops along the designated walking and bike track from the front of the property. There are an abundance of Kangaroos, wallabies, birdlife and a resident emu. A fold up single bed is available for a child upon request. There is an added fee of $30 to be paid upon booking.
