Cosy shepherd’s hut for two in idyllic rural location in the village of Steep, near Petersfield, Hampshire. This locally built hut is nestled in a small dog safe field, with stunning views. This delightful self-contained retreat has a small foldaway double bed with bedding and towels, cooking area with single electric hob and microwave oven, and a bathroom with a flushing toilet and wash basin. There is an outside shower with hot water and outside eating area with fridge, sink and fire pit.

A stylish and spacious recently renovated recording studio, which has been finished to a high spec with exposed timber beams, brickwork and a stunning log burner perfect for relaxing after exploring all that Hampshire and West Sussex have to offer. There is a large double bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom, and an open plan living area with sofa beds and log burner that can accommodate up to 3 further guests. There are 3 fantastic pubs within walking distance - one only 50m away!

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. The Pool House (for 2 Adults & 2 Children)

This unique, Architect designed self contained building, has a style all of its own. With an open plan kitchenette and island unit, including an oven, microwave, hob and fridge freezer, you can dine in or go out to the Market Town of Petersfield. The lounge area has a 72" TV with a full sky package and spare HDMI leads. There is a walk in shower wet room and a separate cloakroom. The bedroom is cosy, with a king size bed. There is a separate area with bunkbeds, for smaller children.

Fyning Granary and Shepherd's-Hut

Quirky farm building linked, via wooden decking, to a shepherds-hut. Set within the garden of a C16th Manor Farmhouse, tennis court and country walks directly from the door, safe parking year round. The buildings are let together as one, they are calm and comfortable with raised sleeping areas so most suited to agile guests/families with older children. Rustic and rural space bordering working farmland with plenty of resident wildlife located within the South Downs National Park.

Newly refurbished, ‘The Studio at Black Barn’ is an open plan self-contained private annexe with own parking right outside its own private entrance and garden. Your accommodation is on the ground floor of a family home, surrounded by countryside near Petersfield. Perfect for 1 or 2 adults to indulge in a relaxing mini break; also ideal for a fleeting overnight work visit and take advantage of the superfast broadband to work from Black Barn.

Patio and table and chairs if outside space is wanted. Train station is a seven minute walk. Parking space. Ten minute walk into the centre of Petersfield. Great for weekend breaks, business, weddings, events, walking or cycling trips.
