A warm and tastefully furnished basement with a lot of personality. Shops, cinema and restaurants are 6 minutes drive away and the area feels peaceful and secluded. After a busy day, set the ambiance and relax listening to music or watching TV. The kitchenette is well equipped. Soak in the tub, then fall asleep. Please note a family lives upstairs. The building includes an outdoor pool (seasonal), hot tub, gym and parking.

The Piper Pad

This Tiny home is located in a small mountain Village on a lot behind my house. It is close to Columbia Lake, Fairmont hot springs, Lussier hot springs, and the Kootenay River. If you like the outdoors you will love Canal Flats. You can ski, hike, bike, kayak, canoe, swim, skate, water ski, and fish. Newly renovated with a few small details to finish inside. The outside of the building still has some work to be done on the siding and landscaping.

Located just a five minute walk from Kinsmen beach close to the downtown district, our lower level suite is perfect for those vacationers wanting to take in all that our beautiful mountain town has to offer. I am fortunate to have lived and worked in the valley for the past 10 years, and I love having the opportunity to host guests and share some of my favourite "must see" gems of our little town.
