Outside you can relax on the patio area or unwind in the hot tub. Accommodation is on the upper floor. The Old Cart Lodge is situated just a short distance from historic Woodhall Spa in the picturesque county of Lincolnshire. Little High Ridge Farm’s Cart Lodge has recently been converted into a modern self-catered accommodation with a rustic twist. Spacious, light and open plan with ensuite shower and conservatory /kitchenette area overlooking a private patio area.

It is situated in a pretty and peaceful rural location, but is only 15 minutes by car from Lincoln Cathedral and Castle and 8 mins from the Lincoln Showground, so guests have all the convenience of being really close to attractions but with the advantage of a peaceful nights sleep.

Goulceby is a quiet village with a popular pub five minutes walk from the property. We have ample parking for vehicles, including room for vehicle trailers.

Leaf Retreat is based in a secluded haven on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds in Louth, yet a 5 min walk from the town centre! We offer private en-suite accommodation, set within our walled gardens and healing centre. We aim to provide a simple, comfortable, sustainable and alternative way of living, based around nature, with an emphasis on up-cycling for a unique and inspirational experience! We have three pugs and are therefore dog-friendly too.
