Master kingsize with ensuite with small sofa bed for child and room for travel cot if needed 2nd bedroom with kingsize and Mezzanine with ladder with kings size bed on the floor for sleeping and relaxing. Single sofa bed in lounge or bedroom as desired. 10 minutes drive to Tunbridge Wells. 5 mins Crowborough. 50mins London Bridge. 40 mins to Brighton.

Stables-Pretty, Detached, Rural/Vineyards/Coast

The Stables is a pretty detached bungalow situated in the historic village of Appledore, surrounded by vineyards and farmland, which hosts a village pub, general store/post office, tearoom, church, hair salon, park, and antique shop. Close to the market towns of Tenterden and Rye. The coast is a 15 minute drive, ideal for country walks. Many public footpaths and the Saxon Way. Popular with cyclists and wine lovers. Private off road parking. Pets are welcome. We have 1 dog and a cat.

Hodges Oast self catering cottage.

Relax at this peaceful cottage, within the grounds of Hodges Oast - a traditional old Kentish oast house. The property is modern yet has traditional features from when it was a stable. The one bedroom property has a sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for children. Property not suitable for 4 adults. Ideally located for many attractions including Tunbridge Wells, Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney castle. Car is essential. One well behaved dog at a charge of £20.00. Free parking on driveway

The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

Beautiful countryside views, secluded grounds with your own private heated swimming pool. Each of the Four king sized beds each have their own ensuite bathroom and shower. Large kitchen/diner, large living room and conservatory. Short drive to Battle town. 20 min walk to pub & restaurant. 15 minute drive to Hastings. We have family celebrations & get togethers, but the property is not suitable for loud parties as we have neighbours to consider.

The Old Parlour - Rural Location

The Old Parlour at Norton Farm is a small bungalow with wheelchair access situated in a hamlet called Norton, East Sussex. We are nicely tucked away from the busy world whilst still being close enough to the shops and seaside, which are about 2 miles away. Norton is conveniently situated for Walkers who want to explore the South Downs. We are roughly a 2 mile walk via footpaths to the South Downs Way.

It's in a prime location with the long sandy beach a stone’s throw away, the property is situated down a private lane with a large back garden, where the beach can be accessed in less then a minute from the garden gate. It sleeps 8 guests with private parking for up to 4 cars. Dogs are most welcome to stay with no extra charge.
