By staying just outside of Brighton you get free parking (1 vehicle on private drive, 1 on road immediately outside). The house has lovely views and is all recently decorated. Kitchen with new induction hob, oven, microwave, newly added washing machine, new American fridge freezer, recently added dishwasher. Two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a disco shower :)

Situated on the top floor of a Victorian building in a quiet street, the flat is drenched in sunshine on summer days. The sea is visible from the flat and beautifully peaceful St Leonards Gardens is also just a stroll away. The flat is eclectically furnished and full of plants with a Sonos music system and flat-screen TV.
