Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Goldcrest Lodge is a peaceful hideaway within secluded woods on the 140 acre historic estate of Wadhurst Castle. It has a double bedroom (5' bed) with huge picture window, a central main room with sofa bed leading to a kitchen area and separate shower room beyond. Decking and private screened bath. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

The Cart Lodge a cosy rural hideaway

Situated in a secluded part of our 16th century farm, this detached, south facing cart barn has been converted to a very high standard. In an ideal location overlooking a large duck pond and with distant views to the South Downs. It is a great base for walking the Wealdway or cycling the Cuckoo Trail. Places to explore include Lewes and Eastbourne, 9 miles. Glyndebourne 6 miles. An excellent pub and restaurant is within a ten minute walk along country footpaths. The village shop 2 miles.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

The Sea Room at Lion House

The Sea Room is a glorious 2-bedroom flat situated on Marina in St. Leonards. The flat is incredibly spacious, has wonderful views and an extraordinary terrace, making it one of the most unique flats in the area. PLEASE NOTE: For those who have been following news of our building restoration, we are very happy to report that the scaffolding is now down and our beautiful views fully restored. The Cabin is a two story shipping container home with enormous picture windows bringing the outside in. A free cooking fire pit in the woods.
