Nur 6 km von Templin und ca. 80 km von Berlin entfernt, befindet sich das Seehaus Rödd auf einem 8.000 qm großen Waldgrundstück. Das Haus wurde 2018 vollständig saniert und neu eingerichtet. Eine große Terasse mit Blick auf den See lädt zum Verweilen ein. Gemütliche Spaziergänge, Wanderungen, Radtouren und manchmal ein Sprung in den erfrischenden See garantieren individuelle Entspannung.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

The bungalow is located in a quiet part of Bad Ischl with scenic views of the surrounding mountains. A large garden offers space to relax or enjoy fun and games with kids. No traffic noise will disturb you. In front of the bungalow is your designated and free parking spot. The world-famous towns Hallstatt and St. Wolfgang are roughly within a 20km radius, and Salzburg is approximately 50km away. A true highlight in summer are the numerous lakes close to Bad Ischl that invite you for a swim.

Das schöne Design Holzhaus in der Märkischen Schweiz (50km von Berlin) befindet sich in dem kleinen Künstlerdorf Ihlow, und bietet auf 65m2 Wohnfläche mit einer großen Fensterfront und 35 m2 überdachter Terrassenfläche einen wunderschönen Blick auf Felder und Wälder. Es gibt einen ein großen Wohn-, Ess- und Kochbereich mit einem Holzofen, sowie zwei Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Beide Schlafzimmer verfügen über eine Infrarotheizung.Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensizebett (1,60).
