Guests will enjoy the City Central location of this nicely updated home a short walk/drive to many great destinations. Just 2-3 blocks to the Chippewa River, Half Moon Lake and Beach. If you are here as a patient or visitor to Luther Hospital/Mayo Health, the location could not be better. There are many Pubs and Eateries a short distance from the house. The fenced yard and deck railing give an added sense of privacy and security. If you identify as "Tourist" or "Transient" beware the CITY!

Escape the hustle and bustle of city life without being too far from the conveniences you enjoy. Follow the 2-mile winding road along the Chippewa River to our beautiful early 1900’s farmhouse at the end of a dead-end road. Bike the Chippewa River Trail, hike the DNR land, fish or kayak the River and enjoy the events around Eau Claire. In the Winter months enjoy ski in-ski out cross-country skiing or snowshoeing at the Silvermine Ski Center. Bring your well behaved dog to our dog friendly home.
