My solar powered home is in a Transit Oriented Community (TOC) which means you can get around this area without a car. There’s a separate games room for private use. We’re just next to Dodgers Stadium, Chinatown. Safe quiet neighborhood. 1 parking spot. As it is hillside, there is a bit of nature and dirt. It’s NOT immaculate/sterile but it is a clean/fun cabin.

The suite is newly renovated with plenty of light and charm. Occasionally you may hear overhead sounds from upstairs. Outside you can relax under the pergola and enjoy the sunshine. Blocks away is all Los Feliz has to offer from fun restaurants and eclectic shopping to grocery stores and ice cream, and minutes from Griffith Park.

The interior is enhanced with numerous windows allowing for plenty of light and breezes. There is a dog in the back house, behind the fence,who barks but is not dangerous.
