Cottage 54 is a one bedroom studio cottage on the property of a house in upper Bakoven/Camps Bay. Fully private terrace and separate entrance from the road. Equipped with a queen size bed, sofa, table & chairs, bathroom, shower, and kitchenette. Interior is light, modern and with a Scandinavian touch. 5-7 minute walk to Bakoven Beach, and 10-12 min walk to Camps Bay beach with all the restaurants, bars & coffee shops. Off street parking and private entrance. 2 min walk to a Superette.

We have an inverter that covers the security system and cameras + the WIFI, TV, stove and oven and all the lights and most of the plugs during load shedding. The little Guinea fowl Cottage is part of a high security villa located in the select Upper Constantia area. Set at the foot of the densely forested eastern slopes of Table Mountain, the property is half surrounded by the Green Belt, opposite to Cecelia Forest and less than 2km away from the world famous Kirstenbosch Garden.

Groot Constantia, Klein Constantia, Constantia Glen, Beau Constantia including Chefs Warehouse, to name but a few. We are a 20 minute drive to the Waterfront and Cape Town CBD.

Add a log to the wood stove and curl up on a comfy couch to stay warm and snug on chilly nights. In the morning explore stunning hiking trails, golf courses, wineries, restaurants and all that vibrant Constantia has to offer. Our solar PV panels charge backup batteries which provide emergency power for lighting, WiFi, TV and electronics during blackouts.

Being only 2.5km's from Old Mutual, 3km's from Vincent Pallotti and 12km's from Cape Town International Airport my place is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers alike.

Our Guest flat is located conveniently between the Stellenbosch winelands and the Cape Town City centre. It is also conveniently near many takeaway stores (McDonald's, KFC, Steers, etc), with easy access for Uber eats and also convenient grocery stores that you can order online and also visit.

Blackwood Studio

A modern and beautifully decorated house, nestled in Hout Bay, with magnificent views of the mountain. This is a great place for singles or a couple. There is a queen bed that sleeps up to 2. Power outages are being experienced by SA but we have tried to minimalise the effect for our guests - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Kai Cottage

Kai Cottage is a contemporary, stylish, light & relaxing space located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Constantia Hills. It is a self-catering 1 bed studio apartment with a shower bathroom, a well-fitted kitchen, a comfy lounge and a private balcony/garden courtyard. It is best suited for professionals and couples. It is an open plan area, therefore recommended for a maximum of 2 adults.
