The wonders of the Edinburgh Festival and Fringe are right on your doorstep, or, if you prefer, close the door and people watch from your bedroom or living room which look straight on to the Royal Mile. You really couldn't get a better position to enjoy the Castle, the Palace, Arthurs Seat or the wonders of the Old Town of Edinburgh. Entire property. It’s an ideal stepping off point for visiting many museums and historic sites. This apartment is based on the Royal Mile where tour buses leave on a regular basis as do taxis and local buses. Walking is the name of the game in such a central location! Transport in from the Airport can be by bus or tram and both stops are a 5 minute walk up the hill to the flat.

The apartment is very central and safe, just steps off the Royal Mile within the Old Fishmarket by St Giles cathedral. Just 5 minutes walk to top attractions such as the Museum of Scotland, the National Gallery, Festival theatre and the Castle. Waverley station, the Meadows , George Street and the New Town beyond are easy walks away too. Great for sightseers, old and young and is NOT a party flat. My family use the apartment when working in Edinburgh and so it is more a second home than a hotel.
