(erg klein voor drie/vier personen) De toegang en alle ruimten zijn privé. Het bruisende centrum bevindt zich op loopafstand van minder dan 10 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 2 minuten loopafstand en het treinstation ligt op 7 minuten loopafstand. Er zijn mooie wandel- en fietstochten vanuit ons adres te ondernemen. Voorwaarde min. leeftijd 23 jaar.

Luxe wellness aan de rand van het bos op de Veluwe. Uniek gastenverblijf voor twee personen met exclusief privégebruik van het overdekte zwembad, douches, eigen badkamer en (finse) sauna. Eigen inrit en volledig ingerichte keuken in parkachtige tuin. Geen dieren toegestaan! Het gebouw bestaat voor een groot deel uit (deels gespiegeld) glas en heeft geen gordijnen. Op fietsafstand van de Hoge Veluwe, station Apeldoorn en Paleis het Loo. Ideale locatie voor mountainbike, running en fietstochten.

Guesthouse in oude boerderij met zwemvijver

Sinds juli 2020 is ons gastenverblijf geopend voor boekingen: Een gerenoveerde oude stal, gelegen op het terrein van onze boerderij uit 1804, gelegen op 4,5 hectare grasland. Ideaal voor 1-4 personen, een 5de gast is welkom. 2 Tweepersoonsbedden + 1 stretcher. Op aanvraag: 1 kinderbed en 1 reisbed. Het is volledig onafhankelijk. De stal is gerenoveerd met behoud van originele materialen, trendy interieur en een waanzinnig uitzicht over onze tuin. * Onze tuin is ook te boeken als shootlocatie

Suphuis gelegen in centrum Zutphen

Het luxe en stijlvolle verblijf ligt aan de Berkel in de historische Hanzestad Zutphen. Het is een heerlijke uitvalbasis om het hele jaar Zutphen en omgeving te verkennen. Het is slechts enkele minuten lopen naar de stad. Zutphen is een mooie stad met veel historische gebouwen met leuke winkels, musea en veel restaurants. Er zijn verschillende wandel/fiets routes. Zo kunt u het IJssel/ Berkel gebied, de bossen of Veluwe verkennen. Vanuit de achtertuin stap je zo op een sup of in een kano.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Ontspan en kom tot rust in deze knusse, charmante ruimte. Vanuit ons prachtig tuurplekje in de Achterhoek (van ruim 40m2) kijk je uit op de natuur, met zicht op het bos. De hele dag hoor en zie je veel vogels. Je slaapt op een knusse vide, waar je met een stevige trap naartoe kunt komen. Overige faciliteiten: je hebt een eigen ingang, een werk/ schrijfplekje (op hoogte verstelbaar), een eigen tuintje met terras (incl bbq). Luister muziek via bluetooth of platenspeler en tuur om je heen...

We hebben een volledig zelfstandig vakantiehuisje(45m2) naast ons huis waar je heerlijk kunt genieten. Het huisje heeft een eigen ingang en is voorzien van een eigen complete keuken, badkamer en een aparte slaapkamer. Onze vakantiewoning ligt in Gietelo bij Voorst. Vanaf hier is het prachtig wandelen en fietsen of bezoek Zutphen, Deventer of Apeldoorn.
