This is our retirement house, we will like to move here in the future, but in the meantime, we hope you have a wonderful stay, in Valencia trendy Cabañal. The house is from 1942, we have totally renovated and have divided it into two houses R and M. R house is located in the lower level. As you enter you will find the living-dinning room and the kitchen, they overlook the patio and make it a great place to enjoy. There is a heater on the patio, so you can enjoy it all year round, but we have very few cold days in Valencia. There is an upper floor that you access from the living room, that has three single beds (190x90). There is a small hallway in the living room, that leads to the two bedrooms. The first one has en-suite bathroom, with a shower, and the bed is 160x200. The second bedroom has a queen bed 160x 190. Next to it is the bathroom, which has a bathtub. As you enter the building there is a hallway, there you can find a closet, where you can leave your bags in case that you need an early check-in or late checkout. Also, you can find the drier and a washing machine. If you need any special service please let us know and we will try our best. The house is in the neighborhood of El Cabañal, a seaside village with restaurants, bars, and markets. It’s close to the beach and port, and only 400 meters from the metro station that has trains which goes directly to the city center and airport.

Relájate y desconecta en este alojamiento tranquilo y elegante a tan sólo 2 minutos andando de la playa de las Arenas y ubicado a escasos metros andando del Campo de hockey de hierba de Tarongers. El diseño y las calidades de las que goza lo hacen único. Es una edificación nueva ubicada en una zona estratégica del barrio marinero emblemático de la ciudad de Valencia. Ideal para teletrabajar. No aceptamos a huéspedes menores de edad si no van acompañados de algún adulto durante toda su estancia.

Fantástico Loft en el Cabañal cerca de la playa. El lugar perfecto para disfrutar de tu estancia en Valencia. Totalmente renovado, el loft en planta baja cuenta con una sala de estar, zona de comedor cocina, dormitorio y una terraza interior. Pueden dormir 4 personas, en una cama doble y un sofá cama comodísimos! A escasos metros de Casa Montaña, a 5 minutos de la playa y del tranvía. Muy bien conectado con el centro de la ciudad, Ciutat vella, la estación de tren, el aeropuerto, etc!!

Hello! Valencia is one of the most beautiful cities in Spain. It has beach and mountains and very good weather. We have many km of bike path, it is a pleasure to visit the city by bike. The Cabañal is a historic neighborhood with many protected houses being old between the sea and the city center. Near the house you can find all kinds of services, supermarket Day 7 minutes walk or Mercadona at 10. Pharmacy 24h and lots of restaurants and bars, but above all a great beach.

Se encuentra en una calle tranquila a 2 min a pie de la playa a 5 min del puerto deportivo y justo al lado de paradas de transporte publico (tranvía, bus) que conecta con el centro de la ciudad y el aeropuerto.
