With your own detached bathroom and kitchen about 30m from the Cedar Hut, this can be your cozy, heated one room glamping experience. A private spot on our little farm. We are settled on 9.5 acres which you are Welcome to roam. Farm dogs Klaus (Bernese/Aussie) and Pinkie (Dachsi) are friendly and keep busy with roaming the property. Our horses are your neighbors and you will most likely find us in the garden. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of your getaway to relax. Two bicycles provided.

Our tiny cabin is located on a 14 acres property in the middle of the woods. You will enjoy complete privacy and use of your own area on the land, including a pond. Located 2 min, from the Transcanada Trail, 20 min. walk to the Kinsol Trestle, a World Heritage Site with beautiful swimming holes right underneath the bridge. 20 min. to next Grocery store and 22-25 min to Duncan. Approx. 50 min- 1 hr to Victoria. Pottery lessons are available by request if you have always wanted to try it out.

Private Waterfront Cabins - Elysium Retreat

A secluded oasis of West Coast tranquility. Our pair of rustic cabins are perfect for those looking to unplug and immerse themselves in nature (no WiFi). Nestled above the Sooke basin, you can take in the stunning views from our spacious balcony or from our cozy bed. Our sunsets are not to be missed! The main cabin features a new queen bed, a spacious work desk, and a cozy loft bed with a reading nook. The second cabin includes the kitchen, dining area, incinerator toilet, and shower.

Nestled in the forest of cedars and firs. Lovely trails and walks nearby. Close to Roche Harbor and English Camp. Peaceful sanctuary with birds, deer and other creatures. Fully furnished kitchen and equip cabin. Two bedrooms, one upstairs with bathroom and queen size bed. Nestled in the trees, you'll find nothing but peace and tranquility, located a few minutes walk from the famous Kinsol Trestle & the Trans Canada Trail; a haven for hikers, mountain bikers & outdoor enthusiasts. We are a 5 minute drive from West Shawnigan Lake Park (lake access) and an 8 minute drive from Masons Beach / Shawnigan village, and a 50 minute drive from Victoria.

Charlie's Cozy Cabin & Owl Grove Venue

Charlies Cabin is just a 10 minute drive from the heart of Sooke. Set on a peaceful acreage with beautiful trail views, guests are welcome to walk the path behind the cabin and explore the rear of the property. Located along Sooke Road, it offers easy access to restaurants, shops, and beaches while still feeling tucked away in nature. The cabin also features an indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings.

AMAZING WATERVIEW CABIN! This is the place to come during Coronavirus! It’s clean, sanitized with antibacterial wipes, private, and you can prepare your own meals. While on the ferry you can stay in your car for protection. Also, I’ve gone to a self check in policy for our protection, and provide an annotated map with directions to my favorite places and hikes.
