Mimi's Farmhouse in Palmetto, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths

This quiet, updated farmhouse is located one mile from 275 and I 75 in Palmetto. It has 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed , the second with a full size bed, and the third with two twin beds. Bathroom #1 has a shower and Bath #2 has a bathtub but does not have a shower head. A portion of the yard is fenced in for pets and provides an open space. The house utilizes a treated well and provides water cooler for drinking. There is a covered carport for vehicle and patio area with table.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a pullout full sized sofa bed in the living room + 1 twin (if requested) in 3rd bedroom/office, so bring friends! Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, my mobile home is located in a very unique neighborhood right on the bay with a little beach 2 min. down the road from my house, where you can sit and enjoy the views or fish. The homes are a combination of mobile homes like mine and houses with the most wonderful people of all walks of life. Very quiet, very safe and friendly. 5 min. to Bradenton beach and 10 min. to AMI.
