The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Our garden flat is perfect for a family or a mature group of friends. It can sleep up to five guests as we have a chair bed in the office area. Our flat is in trendy Kensal Rise, close to Portobello market, where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops close by. It's a couple of minutes walk to the overground, a ten to fifteen minute walk to Queens Park tube and there are lots of buses running into the centre from the end of the street.
