The railway station is 500 mt away, the Celerina-Marguns cable car which provides access to the St. Moritz ski area is 1 km away, and in winter the free shuttle to reach the ski facilities passes right by the house. The supermarket is just 300 meters away. St Moritz is 5 km distant.
