Charming Norman Cottage On the ground floor, you’ll find a large open-plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a beautiful living room, featuring a large fireplace in the cozy lounge area. This level also includes the bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, accessible via a wooden staircase, you’ll find three bedrooms (two of them in a row), accommodating up to six people plus two small children. Both large bedrooms are equipped with a baby cot. Each room has quality bedding and overlooks the peaceful, tree-filled garden. ☀️ In summer, enjoy the garden, its sun loungers, and the sunny terrace. ❄️ In winter, the large fireplace in the living room invites you to unwind, relax, and enjoy a true cocooning atmosphere. 🔥 Firewood package (optional) A few logs are provided on arrival so you can enjoy your first fire. La P’tite Maison située en pleine campagne avec terrasse extérieure et parking vient d’être récemment aménagée (5 mn d’Epaignes, 15mn de Pont-Audemer et 30 mn des plages normandes). Le logement : une pièce principale salon salle à manger et cuisine équipée, la salle de douche et WC séparé. A l’étage une chambre parentale (lit électrique en deux parties) avec dressing et un lit d’une personne. Possibilité d’un couchage d’appoint dans le canapé. L’accès internet/TV est disponible.

Maison Martigny - Campagne Normande

Nous étions déjà amoureux de cette région, avec notre maison de pêcheur à Trouville sur mer. Mais nous avons voulu plus d'espace pour nos enfants, et plus de verdure. Nous avons eu un vrai coup de cœur pour cette maison normande qui était "dans son jus". Nous avons fais beaucoup de travaux d'aménagement et de décoration, pour faire de ce lieu un petit cocon, charmant et agréable : pour s'y sentir bien. C'est un endroit parfait pour passer un moment en famille ou entre amis.
