The Residence consists 2 floors connecting with an internal staircase and can accommodate 4 to 5 people. At the ground floor you can find: A Kitchen fully equipped with appliances. Dinning Room, Living Room with fireplace, W.C with shower, laundry space and a great porch. At secont floor you can find 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 single), and all rooms have porches. Activities-Beaches-Archeological Sites Near The House ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ You can find exotics locations with endless sandy beaches, spreaded over an area of 20km. The Beaches are ideal for long walks, surfing,sailing, water skiing, kitesurfing and many more water sports. You can find some locations for trekking and walking not far from the house, about 10km, is the area of Zaloggo, the "Lekatsa" forest, and the Axerontas river. Archeological Sites --------------------------------- Ancient Kassopi (10km from the house) Ancient Nikopolis (10Km) Necromancy of Axerontas (20Km) Short Trips-Day Trips ---------------------------------- You can also make some day trips. There are many well known places and islands you can reach not far from the house. There are also many coffee shops and cafeterias near by, along the beach, where you can enjoy your coffee, drinks and beverages watching the beautiful sunsets.. Our seaside house is located 10min outside Preveza within an area 5000sqm of olive groves and 50 meters from one of the best beaches of Preveza, Monolithi.
