Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Set amongst the Snowdonia National Park countryside, the annex offers a cosy, quiet retreat next to a garden stream and waterfall. Used as part of the original sawmill as a store room for the timber, this converted outbuilding has kept its historic character alongside modern features. The building is detached, self-contained & set away from the owner's house with a shared driveway and access up to Llyn Mair (only 15 mins away) from a garden entrance.

The nearest town is Dolgellau (10 minute drive away) which has 2 supermarkets, 2 petrol stations & some great cafes,pubs & shops.
