It's located at the base of Bryce Canyon in the small town of Tropic, Utah just off Scenic Byway 12. The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

Located in Tropic, Utah 3 blocks off of hwy 12 and 8 miles from Bryce Canyon, Utah is Kate's Place. The population is around 600 and is a beautiful area complete with horses, moo cows, sheep and beautiful green fields and golden mountains ready for exploring. I live on the premises (not with you) which is convenient for you if you need anything. Access to two bedrooms, sitting room (with TV- W-fi) and bathroom, NO FULL KITCHEN BUT SNACK AREA WITH SNACKS, COFFEE, TEA, WATER.

After you ascend some steps from the garage you enter the apartment and are greeted with a clean and quiet apartment. the family room has a 40" flat screen, & a pull out couch. The kitchen has a mini fridge, two burner stove, and a convection microwave. The bedroom is separate from the family/kitchen area. The bedroom has a queen log bed with a bathroom.

Secluded setting on the Fremont River. Walk-in Lower level apt. w/4 large windows--no stairs--overlooking the river. We've tried to think of everything you might need. Deck has a gas BBQ, table & chairs. Bathroom w/2-seater shower, kitchen fully equipped & stocked with some basic food items; flat screen TV & WiFi. At 7000 ft elev., nights are cool and the days are warm. House is on 2 acres and the river attracts coyotes, deer, birds, ducks, and muskrats.
