In the summer we are blocks away from Amazing walking paths, lake view and access. Walking distance to all.

Cozy 1-bedroom apartment located in a few blocks (South Cushman). The bedroom is fitted with a California king-size bed. The living room has a sofa, which is a single size. The unit has been remodeled with a new kitchen and living room furnishings. Easy parking lot with vehicle plug-in. It's a building with 3 other units, and it welcomes guests. Easy access to major highways, close to the Fairbanks l Hospital, and Fort Wainwright. The City transportation is also very close to the property.

2 Bed, 1 bath duplex cabin features dog mushing artwork. Warm and cozy log home with hemp rope work and a gas fireplace to add ambience. A well-stocked kitchen. It is walking distance to the Ice Carving Championships, Creamer's Field, Farmer's Market, Cookie Jar Restaurant and the Tanana Valley Fairgrounds. It is a block to the city bus stop, 1 mile from the railroad, and 6 miles to airport. Aurora is visible when active! Private entrance, laundry, and no shared spaces with lower apartment.

A Private City, Cabin-feel Studio for 1 Person

This studio-for only one person. Is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood in the city where Northern Lights can be seen during the months we get darkness. We do recommend researching northern lights strength ahead of time. There are 2 grocery stores, a clothing store, several eating establishments, banks, an outdoor mini mall, a used clothing store , a U-haul rental store, and a bike path. The bus stop is a 15 minute walk away. The airport is a quick 10 minutes drive away.
