Welcome to the Nuthatch, a cozy cabin in the woods outside Fairbanks. This dog-friendly little cabin is just 7 miles from town but surrounded by the boreal forest. This is glamping at its best, a solid roof, warm place, bed, WiFi, and tv. This is a “dry” cabin, with an outhouse but no running water (no shower. Look out for wildlife and northern lights or roast a s’more over the campfire. If you have more guests, there is an additional cabin on the property "Come Visit the Warbler", holds four.

Keep it simple in our cozy cabin in the woods. This cabin features 1 loft bedroom upstairs accessed by a ladder and a full kitchen and living room. The sectional in the living room pulls out into a full size bed. Kitchen is fully stocked with basic cooking supplies and serving ware. We have a gravity fed water system for sink water and a nice outhouse on the property. This tiny home is the only one on the property with lots of privacy. 5 miles from the airport

College Town Charm

College Town Charm (CTC) is wonderful place to base your Fairbanks adventures out of. A place to relax, recharge, or even get some work done. CTC is in a great area close to the University. From here you are in walking distance to great restaurants, groceries, and even a laundromat if needed. CTC features high speed internet, wall mounted TV's with Netflix and YouTube TV. The Charm also has an HRV to provide continuous fresh filtered air.

Northern Lights Adventure Cabin

The peace, quiet and fresh air will envelop you with tranquility but invite you to explore what’s just outside the door. Beautiful tiny home, built in January 2019 by talented local builder, many guests have fallen in love with this home. No running water, but the cabin is stocked with 5 gallon water bottles filled at Fox Springs. Full kitchen, comfy beds, super fast internet, television ready for streaming, books to curl up and read, close to shopping, restaurants , amenities of the city, while tucked into wooded private lot.
