Walk to parks, restaurants, bookstores, cafes, gallery, music, pool, cidery & breweries. Bike/bus town or to Boulder. Drive 30 miles to Denver or Rocky Mt. National Park. Sleep on Tempur-Pedic mattress set. There's a half flight of stairs to basement apartment. AX3200 router, tri-band 7-stream wifi 6 on a 2.5 GHz port.

Walk down a garden walkway to your own private patio and the entry to the Airbnb. The bedroom has a closed door and a queen size, luxurious mattress for a comfortable night's rest. A new comfortable couch in the living room has a pull-out queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. New fully equipped kitchen that includes, refrigerator/freezer, cooktop, microwave, sink with disposal, dishwasher and coffee maker. Only one pet allowed (no cats) on the premises with the registered guest.
