King bed sleeps two, full size bed, and two full size sleeper sofas each sleep one or two people. Extra blankets and pillows in rooms. Close to shopping, banks, eating establishments and the community theater. Parking off street or behind the house with both front and back door entrance. Grill, fire pit and swing set out back. Has 2 TVs - living room/kitchen, both Roku. Hunters are welcome along with their dogs, ( we ask you clean up after them) Anyone with a pet must also include a $25.00 pet fee when they book .

We love attending events at the Corn Palace because we don't have to worry about finding a parking spot; we can simply walk! This is a private Cottage Cabin, adjacent to the City Park in Bridgewater. This Cottage has character with a vintage rustic feel while offering all the amenities of a modern day residence. The cottage has a kitchen with full size fridge and full bath with an oversized shower. It is set up as a studio living space with areas connected. Front window views are of a beautiful open lot with trees. This lot is available to guests for their use.

Francis Case Reservoir Home

The house is in a rural setting just west of Lake Andes, S.D. The town has a grocery store, gas stations and a BBQ place . It is also located close to Fort Randall/Francis Case Reservoir, six miles north of the dam with great access to boat ramps. The house has YouTube TV with a fishing theme throughout the house. There are a few steps to get up to the main bathroom and the 3 bedrooms and a few steps down to the recreation room.
