“The Shed” Fully self contained with 2 bedrooms

The shed is a converted garage. It is along side our home. We are 6 kms from the town limits of Mudgee. Important things to note: The shed shares a house yard with us and our 3 dogs are in the yard. They are very friendly but do bark. The shed has 2 small bedrooms - 1 with a queen bed the other with a double bed. There is a shower that is accessed by getting in the bath. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. PLEASE NOTE YOU HAVE TO STEP IN THE BATH TO SHOWER AS PER PHOTO

Situated on a beautiful property 3.5km from the heart of town is this cute little studio. It is set up like a hotel room with an ensuite, bar fridge & coffee and tea making facilities including a Nespresso machine. There is a TV, air conditioning & heating. We supply complimentary milk, some local goodies & some breakfast provisions. Please note there is another bnb on the property and we have dogs and a cat that will visit. *20% off stays for 7+ nights
