Beautifully situated in a semi rural location, with easy access to the New Forest and local beaches. Lymington and Milford on sea just 3 miles away. New Milton and Barton-on -Sea just a couple of miles away. The annexe has a super kingsize 6ft Bed. This can also be configured as two 3ft singles. We can also provide a Z bed or Sofa bed in the lounge area for a third person.

April Cottage, a comfortable cosy two bedroom terrace cottage set in the middle of a delightful village, with our friendly local pub and shop offering scrumptious local produce. Nestled in the heart of the New Forest with only a short drive to nearby beaches, open forest and the charming market town of Lymington, with its picturesque town quay, boutique shops, and bustling Saturday market. Not far away is Bournemouth, with long golden sandy beaches, theatres, restaurants and nightlife.

Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. The moment you drive through the large oak gates you know you are somewhere special. The Property is set in 10 Acres of land and sits alongside the beautiful Oak House. Only 25 minutes from Bournemouth & Christchurch, 35 minutes from Southampton. Escape from everything and experience something special.

Quaint old cowshed conversion.

The Byre (old English for cowshed) is a cosy self contained unit with a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. The bedroom has blackout blinds and Venetian slats on the main window. The sitting room is light and airy with two sofas, chairs and table and well equipped small galley kitchen which has a two ring induction hob, under worktop fridge and combination microwave which is placed on shelf above hob due to limited space.

Box Tree Cottage

A delightfully comfortable self contained private annexe. It is light and bright, decorated in a simple fresh style yet retaining the character of the cottage. It has been refurbished to a high standard and is non smoking accommodation for the comfort of all guests.
