Our house is perfectly situated for visiting all that Exeter has to offer. It sits just below the old city wall across the road from the River Exe, a short walk from the centre with shops, eateries and historic features. Use the Miller's Crossing footbridge opposite, and stroll along the river to the old Quay. There is a rear garden and - a real bonus - a designated parking space in a private car park behind the house. Please note: we have not raised our price; it now includes Airbnb fees.

The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.
