A great village location with friendly pub 50 yards away, with easy access to the A38/A380. The cottage ideally suited to 2 or 3 people. Broadband provider is BT, with download speed test at 15.2, which should provide a reliable service.

This two-bed cottage is spacious, peaceful and perfectly located to enjoy the delights of Topsham. It is a stone's throw from the boutique shops on the highstreet as well as the pubs and restaurants on the water.
