Yoga is a rejuvenating tonic for both body and mind.

It is the oldest and most holistic system of personal development: merging body, mind and soul, it makes you strong, stretched and relaxed but also nurtured, blissful and content.

Yoga is about paying attention to the breath and the body, about being right here to experience how brilliant it is to be in our bodies even when it's a challenge!

It is a way to radiant health with a wonderful rippling effect in daily life granting a sense of inner well-being, vitality and peace.

Each class is bespoke, light and fun.

I mix different types of Yoga to create the perfect practice for you on a particular day. Whether I am teaching a group or a one to one, I always adapt the practice to yours needs: your mood, your level of fitness and flexibility, your intention, the weather, the season: it can be dynamic, relaxing, energising, challenging... you decide!

Either way, a typical session will start lying on the mat easing our body into movement and it will consist of a combination of standing and seated postures underpinned by mindful breathing and woven together in a sequence. We always finish with time for stillness.

I approach life with a sense of wonder and enthusiasm. I was initially drawn to Yoga as a physical practice to keep fit and supple, but soon realised that it is so much more: a path of self discovery towards awareness, acceptance and contentment.
I trained as a yoga teacher in Mysore, India, with the most influential teachers of Ashtanga. Since then, I have integrated other styles of yoga into my practice while learning with inspiring teachers in England, India, America and Italy. I currently teach Vinyasa, Restorative, Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga around Axminster and at Rivercottage, during their retreats and festivals.

I have a beautiful home near Axminster, close to Lyme Regis and Charmouth. It is immersed in nature, surrounded by trees and fields. It is quiet and peaceful. If the weather is nice, we can practice on the decking or on the grass. Otherwise, we can stay inside in my studio. There is parking just outside.
