It's a few minutes off I-10, 15 minutes to Fairhope, 15 minutes to Downtown Mobile, 45 min. to Pensacola, 55 minutes to Gulf Shores. The condo complex is right on the bay. You're a short walk from amazing views of the bay. This studio is cozy and complete with everything you need to relax. Got it Reel Good River House! Enjoy swimming and grilling along Fish River in beautiful Fairhope, AL. House has 3 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. Two full beds, and two twin beds, as well as a futon, and a sectional couch. Relax on the large deck attached to the house overlooking the river with a grill and plenty of seating for entertaining. Downstairs has a small fenced yard and pier for swimming, fishing, or lounging. Pets are welcome with a pet fee, but they must be approved prior to your stay.

Loft on Section

Our one bedroom with a loft is 1400 sq ft directly across from Greers grocery store, above Towne & Beech, and a stones throw from Page & Palette. There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

The Hidden Magnolia Cottage

We are renting out our newly remodeled cottage on our property. 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. There is a queen bed in each bedroom. Our cottage has a full kitchen and 2 separate porches to sit and relax. A dog is allowed as long as it’s well behaved, potty trained and smaller in size. We are one block from Fish River so boats, fishing poles, kayaks and bikes are great for the area. Close to downtown Fairhope. Short drive to the beaches.
