Cozy Working Couples Retreat+2 Mins Walk to Beach

The place is 10 mins walk to grocery store, 10 mins walk to gym, 15 mins walk to kioskos (some of the best restaurants.) You don't need a rental car. It is designed for two people who wants to have all appliances for a comfortable long term beach stay. My wife and I landed poured our entire savings into buying this cozy beach apt.
