The apartment is located within walking distance of hiking and biking trails. A 10 to 15 minute car ride to any down-island town / beach. ***Please Note: Although conveniently located we are not within walking distance to Bars or Restaurants. Falmouth beaches are great year round. Falmouth is fully open with lots of great live music on weekends and trivia in many different locations mid week. The weather is generally warm enough now for hiking, biking, golf and scenic beach walks. I charge a minimal cleaning fee & ask you to respectfully treat the space with care and clean up after yourself. I make sure the space is more diligently cleaned and disinfected between guests. Sorry but this is a no pet space.

Our Cozy waterfront cottage is located 120ft from great bay. Our closest beach is 2.5 miles and we are 4 miles from the center of town. Equipped with gas heat and Central A/C. We also have a gas fired fireplace to keep you cozy. Outside shower for days at the beach. We have one single kayak, two double Kayaks, a rowboat and a canoe for a scenic view of Great Bay. Quiet spot.

This elegantly decorated beach cottage is one of our favorites. It provides all the amenities for a relaxing vacation. As your host we supply beach chairs, towels and umbrella, a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor shower and entertaining space with a gas grill, WiFi, sheets and towels all within minutes of fabulous shopping, restaurants, and activities.
