Only a few houses on this section of Tar Bay (one of Exuma’s best beaches) and no public access, which makes it the ideal place to relax and unwind. High tide is a beautiful ocean view home with beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) and about a 5 minute drive of Sandals Emerald Bay public beach access. Quick 10 minute drive from the airport. Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio. We also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, some snorkel gear, volleyball, frisbee, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Back patio has tables and chairs. Additional chairs are available to pull on to the front patio.

The EK Loft is located in Ocean Addition West, a quiet area, three blocks from the main road. The loft has an ocean view and is within 150ft walk to the beach. Go for a secluded long beach walk, as Breakwater Drive connects to Three Sisters and Jimmy Hill beaches.
