This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen futon bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. The partial kitchen has an electric burner, microwave, coffee pot, and a small combination oven/air fryer/toaster. Check us out! We think you’ll love it!

Coler Cottage

Newly remodeled guest house less than 1/4 mile from Coler’s back entrance. Also 1/2 mile from grocery store, bike shop and trail connection to Slaughter Pen and Bella Vista trails. Murphy bed in living room provides a second queen bed. Utility room provides bike hangers, a bike stand and a full size washer/dryer. Wash stand for bikes located right outside utility room. Country feel in the middle of everything. Watch the deer every evening from your private courtyard or the shared courtyard.

You will have plenty of room in the upper level with an open and spacious living area complimented by the vaulted ceiling, a 50-inch smart TV, a full-size bathroom with a large shower area, a full-size kitchen equipped with all the cookware to make gourmet dinners, and two very cozy bedrooms with top-line beds, linens, and smart tv's in each room.

Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!
