Morel Mountain Hideaway

Come relax in the quiet woods in the Mad River Valley in this well appointed standalone home. Half a mile walk to Warren Falls and 3.9 miles to Sugarbush Resort. The home is situated on 10 acres offering places to explore and hike in the woods and a fire pit out back. Two minutes from Warren Village and 8 to Waitsfield provide you with dining and shopping close by. This home is well equipped with all you need to enjoy a home cooked meal with a cozy living room to play games and entertain.

The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.

Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

Two large bathrooms, full kitchen, central heat, gas fireplace, pond and deck. Great for winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. Good wifi, dog-friendly with a fee. Our single story 2 bedroom 1 bath home is located within 30 minutes of Mad River Glen and Sugarbush ski areas and the quaint towns of Bristol, Richmond and Waitsfield. Drive another 15 minutes to Burlington or the Bolton Valley Ski Area. Hiking, biking and cross country skiing trails are nearby, or just sit on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the nearby river. Snow tires and front wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicles necessary during the winter months.

A unique way to experience Vermont and the Mad River Valley. This two floor deck house on 2+ acres offers mountain views, welcoming spaces and picturesque surroundings.
